Sensei Tim started practicing in 1983 under the guidance of sensei Ian Cuthbert and was promoted to Shodan in July 1989.
Since then he has consistantly deveoped his practice and received his 5th Dan in 2008.
Zendo kai was inspired by his desire to incorporate the bennefits of a yoga practice and the long term mental and emotinal benefits of meditation.
Sensei Tim is also a qualified yoga teacher and runs classes regularly throughout the year, private tuition is available in both the yoga and Karate disciplines by appointment.
